Evidence-based knowledge evolution

The Enterprise Knowledge Assurance Platform

Syncratic turns enterprise change into governed knowledge intelligence: federating documents, CRM, connectors, graph evidence, document deltas, privacy controls, and audit trails into one tenant-controlled workspace for high-value knowledge work.

Live knowledge control plane

From files to federated reasoning.

Search / Ask

Evidence-based answers across accessible data

Search and Ask work across accessible tenant and user scopes, combining document chunks, provenance, citations, and relationship context without bypassing object-level access. Every answer is defensible: if the evidence isn't there, the system says so.

  • Semantic retrieval across subjects, objects, and verbs, beyond file titles
  • Citations and traceable provenance on every answer
  • Search-to-Ask handoff seeds reasoning from discovery
  • Prompt evidence windows you can inspect

Federated Insights

Relationship intelligence, surfaced for you

Insights highlight cross-document relationships, multi-source signals, acknowledgements, notes, and trend patterns from live enterprise knowledge, turning the knowledge graph into readable narratives instead of queries you have to write.

  • Live, CRM, and DDE streams in one dashboard
  • Subject-driven narratives from graph paths
  • Acknowledgement workflows and audit-ready notes

Change intelligence

Know what changed, when, and why it matters

The Document Delta Engine surfaces material changes in contracts, procurement artifacts, policies, and operational documents, with version lineage you can replay. Governed connectors keep approved sources current, so the corpus never goes stale.

  • Deterministic deltas with version lineage
  • Contract-value evolution from Salesforce sync
  • Continuous, scheduled, governed sync

Governed connectors

Your sources stay where they are. The knowledge becomes connected.

Syncratic turns unstructured and semi-structured enterprise sources (SharePoint libraries, Google Drive, OneDrive, email, even Salesforce CRM) into governed, searchable, explainable organizational intelligence. Enterprise systems are treated as governed knowledge sources, not one-off imports.

SharePoint ingestion is ACL-aware: access signals travel with the content, so object-level boundaries hold downstream. Salesforce records federate into account-centered views, so CRM becomes connected knowledge rather than just a sales database.

Sources

  • Google Drive
  • Gmail
  • Salesforce
  • OneDrive
  • SharePoint Online
  • NFS / SMB / CIFS

Google Drive, Gmail, and Salesforce are live in production. OneDrive and SharePoint are supported as scoped deployment tracks when enabled.

How Syncratic works

Connect. Ask. Evolve.

A governed loop from ingestion to operational insight.

  1. 01

    Connect

Bring documents, email, CRM, and file shares into governed tenant boundaries: continuously, on a schedule you control.

  2. 02

    Decompose

Content becomes evidence, entities, relationships, deltas, and time-aware knowledge without losing provenance.

  3. 03

    Ask

Search, Ask, Explorer, Insights, and CRM intelligence make knowledge work inspectable and repeatable, with citations.

  4. 04

    Evolve

Human feedback becomes durable knowledge improvement: your corrections shape how relationships are interpreted.

The trust gap

Most enterprise AI pilots stall. Here's why.

Fast answers that can't be verified. Retrieval that misses how facts connect. Feedback that goes nowhere. Sources that go stale. Boundaries nobody can explain. Syncratic was designed for exactly these failures: see how, dimension by dimension.

  • 1

Answers without evidence. Plausible output, no citations, no way to check the source.

  • 2

Similarity, not relationships. Chunk retrieval can't answer who depends on whom, or what changed since last quarter.

  • 3

Systems that never learn. User corrections vanish into ratings instead of improving knowledge.

  • 4

Stale, manual corpora. One-off uploads that drift from the systems of record.
